Bison burger with avocado, topped with avo & feta crema
Happy 4th of July, everyone! We like to celebrate with bison burgers, and we love the quality of the meat we have been getting from Broken Wagon in Hobart IN. You can check out my previous posts where I discuss bison and bison burgers here and here. For starters, I recommend this vegan salad.
