Happy Easter! Festive recipe ideas

Cheers to the weekend – but first, let’s do some baking 🙂

I have a long list of dishes I want to cook and desserts I want to make for my family this Easter weekend, including Boston cream pie, a new recipe for me. Since there’s a lot on my list, lol, in some cases, I will use delicious shortcuts. To make scones for our Easter brunch, for example, I will be using Ann Clark scone baking mixes. Packed with soft blueberries and made with pastry flour for a tender crumb, their lemon blueberry scones are melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
