Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! How are you celebrating? Any particular dish you’re making today?
The Valentine’s Day inspired beetroot pasta I made from scratch last week did not look as festive as I was hoping it would, so I decided to use a seasonal favorite instead, Aldi’s veggie-packed Valentine’s Day heart-shaped pasta. You might remember me using it in previous years- this pasta always delivers eye-catching results, imo. I added goat cheese and bright homegrown parsley microgreens, small but mighty elegant touches of herb goodness that have conquered my heart and my belly. It looks like microgreens are my Valentine this year, after all 🥰
